BANANA VERDE SOCIAL PROJECT
Workshops to teach the culinary use of cooked and processed green banana pulp, called biomass, which is rich in vitamins and is a functional food as it contains resistant starch. Pulp improves the quantity and quality of recipes and can be added without altering the taste of sweet and savory foods. With pulp in recipes, there is an increase in nutritional value.
